You are more than your output

Mental well-being.

Creative work, public visibility, and the pressure to keep producing can ask a lot of you. Your needs deserve room in the schedule.

01

Notice your own limits

Check in with your energy and how you feel about the work. Keep room to change a plan, take time off, or decline an opportunity that does not feel right.

02

Set boundaries around availability

Choose when you respond to messages and what you share publicly. Discuss expectations with collaborators so that being reachable does not become an around-the-clock obligation.

03

Build a support network

Identify trusted people you can talk to outside a production. If you want professional support, look for a qualified provider who treats adult work and your identity respectfully.

04

Make a plan for difficult moments

Decide who you can contact and where you can go if you feel overwhelmed or unsafe. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a local crisis service.
